Review discount configuration with clarity

StackLens inventories Shopify discount definitions and highlights timing, combination settings, usage limits, and automatic-discount capacity for review—without changing store data.

Run your first scan

  1. Install StackLens and approve the single read_discounts permission.
  2. Open Overview in Shopify Admin.
  3. Select Scan discounts. One scan runs at a time; a repeated request reuses the active scan.
  4. Keep the app open or return later. Fetching and analysis resume safely in bounded worker steps.
  5. Check the completeness badge, scan time, record count, and findings before acting.

Understand completeness

Full

All records available within StackLens' documented budgets were scanned. “No findings under StackLens rules” means exactly that; it is not a checkout or eligibility guarantee.

Partial

StackLens analyzed usable records but a page, schema condition, hard budget, or time boundary prevented complete coverage. Pair findings apply only among scanned definitions. Automatic-capacity conclusions are suppressed, and partial scans are not compared in History.

Failed

No usable result was completed. The app shows a safe error code and a retry path; it never exposes tokens or raw Shopify responses.

Finding language

Combination findings

StackLens compares overlapping half-open campaign windows and each discount's directional combination flags. It may report settings as not mutually enabled, asymmetric, or mutually enabled with potential stacking to review. Cart contents and eligibility can still prevent application. These are configuration-setting facts, not cart applicability predictions. StackLens never claims that two discounts will combine or conflict, and it does not evaluate Shopify Plus same-line tags.

Usage and timing

Usage-limit findings apply only to code discounts with a configured limit. Shopify's reported usage count is asynchronous and can lag below actual usage. Lifecycle reminders use your stored Shopify timezone and a 1, 3, 7, or 14-day threshold. A discount without an end date is context—not automatically an error.

Plans

Free

Manual scans, complete summary counts, the first five prioritized findings, and one completed scan retained for up to 30 days.

Pro · USD 9.90/month

Seven-day trial, all findings, up to 12 scans retained for up to 365 days, compatible full-scan differences, formula-safe CSV export, weekly scans, and lifecycle-threshold choice.

Weekly scans

Pro merchants can enable a weekly scan for Monday at 09:00 in the store's IANA timezone. StackLens verifies plan and offline-session state before scheduling work. Skipped runs show a bounded reason in-app and do not create duplicate scans.

Privacy and support
